Made-to-Order Products
Our print-on-demand apparel is produced specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, color preferences, or changes of mind.
Please review the size chart and product details before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at commongirlcreations@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when applicable, at no additional cost to you.
Other Products
Return eligibility for handmade and other non-print-on-demand products may vary. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are nonrefundable, except where required by law.
